Thanks! Just wondering if you had seen the glare from the plexiglass? It's my biggest issue other than color! I like the color treatment you did on this though, he looks more natural!

On the tiger, I felt his back and the rocks were a bit overexposed and the focus could have been better. There is a white edge along his back especially on the right side from being very overexposed. I use PSE9. I adjusted the levels and contrast a little. I also darkened the highlights on the whole photo to get better detail on the rocks and the overly light area of the back. I used the quick selection brush to select his back and tail. On the area that was too light I used the burn tool to darken the color. On the very edge where it is white I cloned color into it. On the shoulder area and back to where the back was burned I sharpened by again selecting that portion of the back. There was a green area on the rock to the right of the tiger. I cloned it out. It was distracting. The little bit of grass showing to the left of the tiger was such a bright green that I found it distracting. I quick selected that and desaturated it enough to make the grass a lighter green.

Your edit makes it look like the tiger is thinking about you for it's midnight snack. You can see the eyes so much better.

The eagle photo has wonderful composition and color. The focus is quite well done. The left side blur/streaks are very distracting. You could blur it just enough that the rest of the background sort of blends in with that area. I chose a somewhat different approach. First I did a small adjustment on the levels to brighten it up a bit. I also increased the contrast. I used the quick selection tool to isolate the eagle. I made a layer by copy of the eagle. I took the eagle copy and erased any little bits of background that were still stuck on him. I also isolated his eye using magnetic lasso and increased the saturation for a more intense stare. On the entire photo I did guiassin blur all the way to the top. I combined the blurred layer with the isolated eagle with the eagle on top. There were a few white spots on the eagles body that I cloned out.

You know, I kept getting the feeling he was staring at me more and more intensely while I was doing the edit! Thought it was my imagination. ;-)

I really like this edit on the Eagle. I like the tiger too, however the darkening of the back don't match the brightness around him, he does look natural though as far as color.

I used PSE9. I went into filters and used the guassien blur.

USING PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS,

DUPLICATED LAYER.
MERGED IN TWO LAYERS IN MULTIPLY MODE.
FLATTENED IMAGE.
ADJUSTED SHADOWS AND HIGHLIGHTS.
CLONED OUT WHAT I THOUGHT TO BE REFLECTIONS.

SECOND VERSION IS A SIMPLE CROP OF FIRST VERSION. IT FOCUSES MORE ON THE SUBJECT TIGER.
