Customer service at Backblaze is exasperating. I have had one computer not being backed up for months. Despite numerous efforts to get help, all I get is an unsatisfactory exchanges of emails which don’t solve the problem. Evidently there is no phone support or at least that I could find it. Very disappointing and frustrating. I’m moving to Carbonite to see if is more effective and user friendly.

You might consider one of the major cloud providers such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft or Apple. There are several advantage to a major provider including:
a) financial stability
b) more locations means more copies of your data for better geographic redundancy
c) more locations means your primary server is closer to you which reduces latency which improves performanc
d) potentially better support
I use both Backblaze and Carbonite. Backblaze does not have phone support, just online chat. I recently needed a restore from Backblaze and they helped me go through the process. Have not needed any support from Carbonite as yet, so can't say how their support works.
I have used Backblaze for years. Never had an issue. When I need help I always use the online chat and always a big help. I would suggest deleting your Backblaze account and then rejoining by setting up a new account or set up an account with another backup service you like better.

Hopefully you've backed up your files to at least two hard drives.
Two 5tb drives only cost about two hundred dollars.
Cheap insurance.
Hi
I have used Carbonite and they have been great for me and does hurt to give them a try.
