B&H Order says delivered but I haven't received it
I ordered a printer from B&H last week, delivery was scheduled for Wed., August 3rd with Fed-ex. At 7 p.m. last night I got an e-mail stating that my package had been delivered. Strange, because I have a ring doorbell and it showed no activity and there was no package at my door. I called B&H first thing this morning to let them know that I had not received the package and they said they would look into it. I also checked with many neighbors in case it had been delivered somewhere else by mistake. B&H sent me an e-mail stating that Fed-ex said it was delivered - end of discussion. So, am I out $700? Neither company seems to be concerned about this. I have been ordering from B&H for almost 20 years. Last month I spent $5,000 on a new camera. Do I have any recourse on this matter?
Try back to B&H as well as FedEx. Mention the available footage on the door camera with no one making a delivery. Ask them how you file a dispute. Your credit card company would be the next option to dispute the charge.

B&H is relying upon the delivery company records, so your beef is with Fed-ex. My experience says that the driver is the problem, so save your Ring footage, and prepare to do battle with Fed-Ex. They are my favorite, but I know they have problems at times! As an addendum, most drivers take a photo of the delivery, ask for that confirmation.

If you are not getting a positive response from either, Call your credit card company to dispute the charge.
Have had similar delivery issue not with B & H. Turns out was delivered to wrong address. So, yes it was delivered, just not to the correct address. Good luck!
I have had at least 2 experiences where FedEx says the item was delivered, yet it was not...only to have it delivered much later in the day or the following day. I suspect (pure conjecture) that it has to do with manipulation of on-time delivery stats. On big ticket items now I have them delivered by FedEx I always have the item re-routed to a local delivery center. To do that you need a free FedEx account and redirect from there.
I can say that I have had several occasions to dispute credit card bills. Rather than doing it on line via credit card portal which has limited text space, I always send a detailed letter to the cc company, to the address indicated on my statement, with verification of receipt, outlining the issue, often with attachments. Send a copy to the retailer. Works like a charm. The cc company has to debit the retailer, credit you (at least temporarily) and conduct an investigation. This debit often spurs the retailer into action as well. The one issue that I see that may be looming is that they (B&H and FedEx) allege it was delivered, and then it was stolen. Ring can miss some video. In that case, you would be the victim of the crime, with FedEx and B&H no longer responsible. I would strongly argue the item was never delivered, verified non-delivery on ring, no thefts in the area, neighbors did not see a deliver or mis-delivered and that THEY are responsible, not you.

Considering that you have contacted both companies with zero results I think you should go the credit card route next. Money talks, loudly, and often gets results that other methods don't.
In May I ordered new Nikon 70-200 lens and appropriate filter from B&H, delivered by FedEx. The filter was not included though it was listed as being sent.B&H credited my card for that, but I suspect they just gave me the benefit of the doubt since I am a loyal customer and the filter was about $90, a relative pittance to my usual purchases. Re FedEx, I requested to sign for delivery for another lens that was about $1800 in March; found it sitting on my porch, with no attempt at signature by FedEx, though I was at home all day. Fortunately I live in a gated community. FedEx quality not what it used to be in my experience but I suspect it’s related to demand for services volume, and location. When I order I go into vigilante mode for the delivery. I suspect somebody else got your order by mistake, and attributed it to their good fortune. I think B&H should put FedEx on some sort of notice.
I am sorry about this and appreciate how frustrating it is. I cannot ID you or the transaction so my ability to help is severely limited. The original B&H order number would be very helpful.

Wait a day, then get upset. I've had this happen several times with post office deliveries. I'm told something was delivered a day before I actually got it.

I when I use the FedEx tracking and it shows delivered the picture of the item on my doorstep is included.
Well the delivery late yesterday afternoon there is no picture because I was in the yard filling the water dish and hummingbird feeder when the truck pulled up. The driver asked me my house number (trash night, bins hid # on curb) and confirmed the name (it was for our younger son) and handed it to me.
Fedex lies! Had a similar problem, found the package was "likely" still in the Fedex warehouse in our town, awaiting being loaded on the delivery truck! We have two neighbors with very similar addresses, but we deliver their missent stuff to them, and they do it for us, too. So, it mostly works out well.
Give it a day or two before concluding B&H will not correct the issue. I trust B&H Photo.
You may want to contact the B&H rep who is a member of UHH. I'm sorry, his handle escapes me at the moment. Someone else will post it. I see he has posted. (Henry Posner)
Good luck,

All good info, thanks, everyone. The credit card is Pay Boo, B&H's card. I will contact them also.
