What Is This Lens??

Came across this photo on-line. Does anyone know what this lens is? It appears to be on a Canon 5D.

I don't know, but I'm sure that Security would give it a close inspection. Maybe it's for shooting insects. : )
EDIT: It's a macro probe lens. Something new in the colonoscopy business?

I checked their web site - they have two versions of this lens. One from OP picture looks more like "cine" version.
