The equipment taken for a photo trip, 6 quick response bags with cameras and lenses, two backpacks with a Gigapan in one and various filters in the other, a PhaseOne carry case with P20+ back, and film backs for a Hasselblad 500C. One of the cameras is the 500C with an H907x back. Finally, an Arca-Swiss 4x5 and tripod.

So how long was the trip and how do you fit your luggage into the suv?
😁
PS: Is there even room for the Tequila?

Better to take too much (when you can) and not need it all than to not bring enough and want for something left at home.

Left July 29, returned July 30. The length of the trip is really insignificant. The same amount of equipment travels anytime I go out of town. It fits very nicely in the space in the back and on the right side of the back seat.

I don't mix any alcohol with photography.

There is a photograph of Ansel Adams, his station wagon, and the equipment he's taking with him. I guess I was inspired by more than just his photographs.

The Tequila is for unwinding at the end of the day. Not the whole bottle though.

Ken, when one takes into account my film processing equipment, I pretty much live in a photo lab.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
