There are many many choices.
Do you currently own any Nikon, Canon, or Sony lenses? If you do, you can get adapters for your lenses that will fit newer mirrorless camera's.
Second, what do you like to photograph? Landscapes, sports, portraits, street?

With all due respect, so much reading for what. If you want today a "flexible tripod" try image stabilization. There are so many tripods available that money is the only limit. I use regularly a cheap ($40) Dolica tripod which is light enough for travelling. Using good tripod techniques I have been able to get very sharp, detailed images using heavy dSLR cameras and lenses. I also have a carbon fiber tripod and it is not my most used tripod. A Manfrotto3021, with the Bogen trademark which is already over 40 years old has been serving my needs.

The amount of information you have in your post is overwhelming. What lens is best for portraits? You tell me because I use whatever is at hand from a 50mm lens to my old 28-105. Which mirrorless is better? The one you have at the time of making your images. Best lens for the Nikon D7200? Try the 18-55 kit lens and if indeed you know what you are doing you could be pleasantly surprised at the sharpness this little lens can achieve.

I am not going to address the other topics, it will be a lengthy repetition that will get the readers more tired than they are already.
