Squamish BC

Got invited to an eagle photo trip to Squamish BC. It was between Christmas and New years break a couple years ago. The only time to go when working or going to school. Squamish is about an hour north of Vancouver and is about 40 min. away from Whistler, the ski resort. I was rather surprised at the photo ops. From a lot of Blue herons, eagles, salmon spawning, landscape and misc. Needless to say, I was happy I got the invite.

Reply to Silver Fox:

This picture of the falls actually comprises of three "landscape" pics grouped in a panorama. Can't really say "stacked" as in HDR, but rather stacked vertically and then cropped. Simple yet confusing.

Actually that is my favorite shot (and I am a bird guy). I need to stretch the foreground just a little (snow on the rail in front). Glad you enjoyed.

Yeah, 'Up at Whistler' is the pick of the litter, but all are great shots. Beautiful country. Thanks for posting these.
