Not unless it was during the seventies. There's a lot I don't remember about the seventies. I like the lines and lions crashing into one another. Lines and texture.
It is indeed. My visit to the British Museum a few years ago was, unfortunately, very short and I didn't get much of a chance to learn about the exhibits. So my impressions, as in this photo, were more of the overall museum environment. A fascinating place.
But, following up on your comment, I just looked up Lion of Knidos. It is apparently being reclaimed by Turkey.
