This shot was taken at Hope Valley, one of my favorite places to do some hiking and photography. It's beautiful no matter what the season. Hope Valley is at 7,000 ft. in elevation and is located on the eastern side of Carson Pass in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California.
