Nice. We get White-Throated sparrows down here but I think that warbler is a rare migrant.

you are correct,iv'e never seen one before,i read up on the black and white warbler,they only come by area briefly.i was lucky enough to catch him running around the tree. i wish it wasn't such a cloudy day,he doesn't pop out,but i'll take what i can get!
