I was trying to bring out the amazing textures and colors of the rock, but perhaps too much sharpening? Your comments are most appreciated. This is Running Eagle Falls in Glacier NP.

It's only over sharpened if it didn't look like that. I like it.

Very nice shot, to reveal in shadow is always hard.

It looks ok to me, Daniel. Very nice work. It didn't get crunchy.

I think it looks great, I see no real evidence of oversharpening.

Great photo...nicely done. Congrats.

when I magnified the downloaded copy it still looked great without any noise so I think it is not overly sharpened

It’s not oversharpened but I think it could be much improved by cropping part of the left side off so the waterfall is more centered. As it is the image is unbalanced and really those far left rocks and the yellow flowers aren’t really in focus. I sometimes struggle with wanting to keep parts of images that I like but ultimately I have to ask myself if the image really benefits from it. I think that left part with the flowers and texture of the rocks would be a nice image on its own if it was in focus.

Looks good to me. I'd expect to see some coarse edges on the lichen on the rocks (download and +) and I'm not seeing any. I'd be happy if it were mine.

Good picture - does not appear to be over sharpened. Because I'm one of the minority who are not in to milky water, I would have liked to have seen the pic shot with a faster shutter speed and a higher ISO to compensate. I see you used ISO 50 and shot at 0.3 sec.
