The SB400 is Nikon's discontinued small flash. Head swivels up to bounce. Ken Rockwell's favorite small flash:

I bought new USA from Amazon in 2009. Probably no more than a few dozes shots on it. I have not used it it in years, so I will refund payment if it does not work properly. Batteries are good and the ready light comes on. I sold my last Nikon camera so I can't test it, but I am confident it works perfectly. Original box, user's manual, and zippered padded case included.
