A good and rare shot. I found blue, and rare maroon and white bluebonnets in a park in Round Rock, Texas several years ago.

They are just showing up in North Central Texas. When the mesquite tress get green it means no more freezes.

Yes, we in Texas love our Bluebonnets. Here's pix of my wife taken in 2010 in Ennis, TX, when the Bluebonnets were in full bloom.
