When I see someone letting a dog lick them on the face and mouth I want to kick them. I want to kick the dog, also.

Great joke. Here's a variation my dad used to tell.
..."I wish I could do that". The second drunk says, "You probably ought to pet him first, he might bite you".

I have also seen people let a dog lap and lick out of their beer or pop, or whatever and then drink out of the glass themselves. YUKK!!

Yeah, I would never let a dog lick the food I'm eating. Dogs have different germs than humans.
