Get back to me when you have a good answer. Not like that lame response from dlwhawaii about Russian sanctions and selling natural gas. Sheesh.
Well, just because you asked nicely I did your homework for you. I did a search on "Biden achievements" and here are just a few of the articles from multiple sources. I have not vetted the sources as to left- or right-leaning; I simply looked at the first few.
The assessments are not "rah-rah great job and no guffaws" as a Trump claim would be, but rather fairer assessments that speak to accomplishments, failures and remaining challenges. So based on such fairly balanced assessments I think it is a bit harsh to claim he has had no success.
And of course, there is always the partisan disagreement on whether an action was good or bad for the country.
I have copied a paragraph or two from the links for context:
https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-biggest-achievements-first-year-president-1670763"It has been a taxing year for the President, who has led his administration through a year of notable ups-and-downs.
Nonetheless, the 46th resident of the White House has reason to be proud of his first year at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue as despite the series of obstacles and challenges, Biden's administration has also achieved marked success."
https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/bidens-report-card-year-accomplishments-stalled-priorities/story?id=82331377"With the United States facing many of the same crises that Joe Biden took on when he took office one year ago, the president has been taking stock of his legislative accomplishments -- including major infrastructure and coronavirus relief packages -- and has stayed upbeat even as his popularity plummets and key priorities remain unmet."
https://www.businessinsider.com/biden-accomplishments-failures-in-first-year-as-president-2022-1"Biden had an eventful first year as president but enters his second year with several problems.
His approval rating has taken a hit over his handling of the pandemic and approach to the economy.
He has major achievements under his belt, but a big piece of his agenda is stalled in the Senate."
https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2022-01-19/op-ed-one-year-presidency-biden"It took Joe Biden less than a year to make good on a transformational piece of legislation that will reshape America’s cities, towns and communities. If Biden achieved little else for the rest of his term, the enactment of the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act would be enough to cement his record for tangibly improving the lives of Americans.
And yet, I can’t help but think that Biden has been short-changed in how his first year has been framed by the mainstream media, which has largely been guided by the playbook of politics-as-usual."
