Time Setting on Camera Change to DST or Leave at Standard Time?

I don't have a time issue as far as my photos go. I leave it set to our Arizona time, which of course doesn't change anyway. When we travel to other time zones, I don't worry about it. If I really need to know what local time a photo was taken, or it serves some other need, I can figure it out mentally or, if really important, change the shoot times of the pertinent photos in Lightroom, on a bulk basis.
