Yes, I am aware that there are plenty of caps for sale.

However, I personally don't feel justified in paying an unbelievably
expensive price for one (1) cap.

Many sellers are selling sets of: 5 - 10. I need only one (1).

Therefore, IF - anyone happens to have a spare EF camera body cap,
and are willing to accept a reasonable price for it, please let me know?

Ed, they are all over Amazon for $4-$8, free shipping, packs of 1, 2, 5 etc. Free shipping (for me, Amazon Prime), many on Ebay, as cheap as $.99 + shipping, or $5-6 with free shipping. I imagine Walmart and others, camera shops, etc. Hope that helps.
