Definitely #1, second choice not so easy, for nostalgia, personality I'd go with #2 (reminds me of grannies kitchen)!

It's not easy, but I would pick numbers 1 and 2. I haven't seen oilcloth in a long time, and what is the saw doing in the kitchen. That looks like quite a modern stove - much nicer than the ones we had! Just a note - the floor in that room is not level - looking at the blocks under the stove.

They are all excellent examples of "nostalgy." No. 6 immediately caught my eye but it does not mean a judge during the competition will also select my choice.
No. 1 is very good too but the typewriter tells the story to me.

No. 1 never. The truck has been hot rodded, it no longer fits the scene.
No.8 is very good as is No. 2.
Store fronts are ok, but could use more experiments with camera angles to reduce the snapshot appearance.

I also choose 1 and 2. The last one seems a little bit soft. But 1 seems to be the choice for most of us. They are all good though.
