Took this on November 15,2014 --- I like the golden glow the incandescent lights make and the reflections in the lagoon.
The white balance is just fine the way it is, so as to create the intended effect.

This building was built on San Francisco Bay land fill for the 1915 Worlds Fair, and has a lot of uneven settling, as do many buildings in the Marina District where this is located. I'm not sure if I attempted to straighten the image or perhaps, if I did, didn't do a good job of it.
