Yes you did, and the source you referenced states, "It is U.S. oil production, not OPEC’s, that is missing from the markets. For that, the Biden administration has itself to blame."

Unlike Sleepy Joe, Donald Trump made us energy independent and free from OPEC and Russia, I would say that's a pretty good policy.
