Buying from MPB.com
Hi Hoggers,
I wondered if anyone has had issues with buying from MPB.com? I ordered over $200 of accessories and am getting the runaround. I ordered, received confirmation, then started getting emails asking me to contact them about the order. I have called (their phone system is inoperable) and sent multiple emails with no response. I have not even been successful in cancelling the order due to the fact that they do not respond. Pretty frustrating and wondered if this is standard for this company? Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
A few months back I bought a Canon body from them, no problems with them on my end, and a great buy on the camera!
Did youi use a credit card. If you did call the credit card company and dispute the charge. I have done this a few times.
I have bought and sold from them. Have never had any issues yet. I did buy a lens that I sent back to have calibration done on. Their emails were good and prompt. Sorry you are having isdues
I've bought several items from them and had to return one but it was taken care of without a problem. sorry to hear about your problems with them
I bought from them a few months ago. Paid extra for fast shipping and had no problems. The camera arrived on time and packaged very safely (lots of protection). Fwiw, I called them with specific SKU to confirm it was in stock and made the purchase minutes after that phone call

I've bought and sold, as well. No issues. Good luck in resolving yours.
I have also both purchased and sold to MPB. Never had any problems and have always been satisfied with the service.
Patience fyrlife...
"(their phone system is inoperable)" Sadly this most recently is true (January/February 2022)...
I had some challenging communications issues with them mid January and into February.
That said, they finally responded to my text messages and the situation was successfully resolved on February 15th (2022). All's well that ends well...
BTW: One of mbp's reps explained to me that mpb's British Office had taken over some of the US based office authority. For better or worse...
fyrlife mpb is a very honorable and trustworthy business entity.
Again please be patience and I believe you'll ultimately see your issue(s) sorted out albeit it may take a little time.
B&H; mpb and KEH are THE major players in the used market... Seems that the Used Kit market is rather dynamic right now. However with three major players there is indeed a level playing field. Also Roberts i.e UsedPhotoPro is another very honorable entity and includes Shutter Counts etc on the kit they offer... I've used them and they are very good also...
Hope this helps fyrlife... All the best on your journey... Cheers!
I purchased a Fuji X-T4 from them ("like new as advertised") a few weeks ago and the transaction was seamless. At that same time I purchased a Fuji lens from them but cancelled right away as I purchased a (sub par) lens from a fellow hogger (big mistake but a story for another time) and MPB took care of it immediately. I've made other purchases from them and consider them to be very reputable and wouldn't hesitate buying from them in the future. Not so with the hogger.
No problem with past purchases and sales. I’m interested in how your transaction turns out. I’ve had experiences with businesses where the retirement of one key employee changes the entire previously commendable customer experience. I hope that hasn’t happened at MPB, their prices seem a bit better than KEH.
I haven’t bought anything from them but in the past 2 weeks I’ve sold several items to them with no problems at all. I hope your situation works out for you.

I have never had a problem with them. Grading was on the money ad delivery was quick.
I recently purchased from MPB and had no problems.
Recently bought a Nikon flash from MBP, and all went well - good price and good service. I needed the flash because Godox bricked the one I had (TT685N) due to lack of a compatible firmware update.
