In response to the progressive climate change adherents Biden shut down a great deal of American fossil fuel production. After all, if the US produces less oil it will lessen the effects of climate change and therby save the earth. Sounds good doesn't it. BUT it ignores 1 very big thing. The US will burn EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT of fossil fuel. The only thing that will change is where it comes from. The ending of the US energy independence is, perhaps, the single most stupid thing a president has ever done. It will NOT change , by 1 ounce, the .amount of oil the US uses. Our carbon footprint will not get better, it wii get worse. WE import millions of barrels of russian oil. It's dirtier tham domestic oil. Our CO2 impact will be worse, not better. Noe of this was a secret. But Biden stupidly obeyed the Climate Change Fanatics. And by doing so he has damaged the US. Even without the mess in the Ukraine the Biden oil policy disaster is proof that Biden is really THAT STUPID
