i was havin little trouble getting a smooth track while panning then i took a rubber band put the band around the tripod handle an a finger through the other end an put a steady pull on it. it worked a lot better tracking. then i went to the camera store an looked at different heads. the fluid filled one was what i wanted but. maybe by may i'll have one. lol
