Beautifully done, Ernesto. The entire set is special but I like photo #1 best for the exposure and perspective. Thanks for sharing the dish and photo. It brought back memories of my grandmother’s Sicilian Octopus dish.

Not a bad intro to eating octopus is Tako, followed by Tako Butsu. An anomaly in Sushi, since both are cooked.

I eat octopus in any cooking method. my favorite place to eat it is in Spain, but I love Take Butsu.
