I have to keep it simply because of my wife allergies. Only kosher salt, black pepper, roasted garlic, fresh basil, butter, balsamic vinegar, mozzarella cheese, avocado oil and little of passion.

Thank you! The avocado oil bring flavor, you can use it for saute, roasting searing and vinaigrette.
High monounsaturated fat has a smoke point of 520 degrees. This time we used it to drizzle the potatoes at the end.
In the rib roast I combine avocado oil and butter. Next time time wont use you butter because of 350 degrees smoke point.
