One of my wife’s favorite seafood dish is scallops and I gotta admit I like them myself.
So, panfried in butter with smoked paprika and oregano, baguette and a small salad.

Very nice! We do similar, and there have been some very good deals on the small scallops lately

Thanks Quixdraw, We ussually get the large scallops but they were $32 a pound! 
These were under $20/pound.

Can't get fresh except in Billings. Frozen ones are pretty good and have been around $10 a pound. Having the last of a pack as part of a Tempura Dinner for my Wife on Valentines day. I'll see if I can get something to post. Have been boring in the kitchen lately recycling old favorites.

Pan-Fried Scallops..... gets me every time!! Those are SO good!

Fresh seafood is pretty tough to get back home in Michigan as well. We’re snow birding in Bonita Springs, Fl where it’s easy to get.
