Thanks Quixdraw, We ussually get the large scallops but they were $32 a pound! These were under $20/pound. They’re both good though!
Can't get fresh except in Billings. Frozen ones are pretty good and have been around $10 a pound. Having the last of a pack as part of a Tempura Dinner for my Wife on Valentines day. I'll see if I can get something to post. Have been boring in the kitchen lately recycling old favorites.

Pan-Fried Scallops..... gets me every time!! Those are SO good!
