Hi L. A. your lighting, composition and posing are good, my eyes were led to her face. I agree that cropping on the first image could be improved, you might as well make it a full body image. Her smile looks forced to me, so my other suggestion is that you repeat the images without her smiling. Try for a more pensive expression and see how that looks.
