The b&w is a bit more foreboding. I think it works better, even though the color is excellent too.

Keep the bw! Barns and old buildings are usually much better in bw

Many images I'm in a quandary as to whether I like the B&W or color more.
This is one, I like both...

If I was going to hang it I may select the B&W.

I guess I'm the contrarian: I like the color image!

To me, the B&W is a bit on the plain side. The color image has a winter bleakness about it that doesn't come through in the B&W.
