By all of your standards, then trump was a racist for nominating only white people to SCOTUS.
That also applies to most of the trump nominees for the lower Federal courts as well.

That's just stupid, Trump didn't nominate anyone because of their skin color, Biden did with Kamala and will do it again with the SCJ nominee. Biden should be sued for breaking the law.

Is that the same label you gave to Ronald Reagan back in 1980 when he said he would nominate a woman to SCOTUS if he was elected, because he was after the female vote?

I can come up with one of the very few minorities he hired, Omarosa Manigault Newman.
How many more were/are there, as compared to the total number of employees above the "service level" within the entire trump business structure?

For a person who has been in the U.S. government for 50 years and sworn oaths to the Constitution to uphold it and protect it and then make statements and deals like that Biden is either a moron, a racist, a scofflaw, or an unprincipled Democrat politician. My guess would be all of the above.
