Yes and No.

I don't hold Biden responsible for "failing to control this virus" because the Republicans in state and federal government are fighting him on everything he's tried to do - even when they agree with him... just like they did with Obama.

I DO hold Biden responsible for not doing more and not just with the virus.

For starters:

I think he should rescind the tariffs that Chump put in place. They have not hurt China ONE iota! They HAVE hurt the American economy and added to inflation.
