Since when is 50 senator votes a majority?? It's just stupid to have bills pass with only 50 Senator votes, even a small majority is just plain stupid and anyone that supports that is stupid.

What’s stupid is refusing to debate and vote on a bill any bill.
The process is simple
House writes a bill
House pass bill and send to senate
Senate debates and votes on bill
Senate passed bill as or with amendments
Bill goes back to house
If no agreement conference of house/senate meet to work out difference
If done both revote or bill dies in committee

But to not even have debate and vote is stupid
