Try it on a different blurry photo. The sample here yields spectacular results where my blurry photos... not so much...

If you read my full message, I suggested to do a bit of checking, as the CES [Consumer Electronics Show] was on and there may be NEW products announced. I know the daily Photorumors report seems to announce all kinds of new apps. I do agree with you that I have not seen anything that comes close to the example you furnish. Maybe NASA or the NSA has it, but nobody I know. There may be some AI projects online that can be accessed. I saw one that was trying auto colorization and you could upload photos. Good luck!

Got an email today from the makers of Dynamic Auto Painter (DAP), and remembered this thread. They have a new product (for Windows) that can sharpen, enlarge and emphasize details. There’s a free trial you can download. Introductory price is $28.
