Walgreens 40% off all photo products. My local store does a great job on prints. You may want to test your store with a sample print. Print orders are usually ready an hour after images are uploaded. (I have no business connection with the Walgreens empire. Just a frequent photo customer.)

Yes, unfortunately the quality depends on the employee's skill and motivation. I'm lucky to have the store I do a few miles away.
