I’m curious. Does anyone have a gas flattop griddle they use. I am contemplating buying one and would be interested in anything you have to say.

Thanks

Chuck

Chuck,
I have two Blackstone griddles, a 22" double burner and a 17" single burner griddle, really like them both... The 22" stays at home and the 17" travels with me in the RV...
You would not go wrong getting a Blackstone, if you like to use a grill... The main thing is the seasoning of the grill, they give you instructions and a video to watch how to do it...

We use one constantly at home. It sits on the stove when not in use. Seasoning is easy. Do it like a cast iron frying pan. We clean it using hot water and a brush. Just don't use soap.

We were on a camping trip in the Spring and saw a fellow using one. He said it was the best thing he had bought recently. So, I got the bug and bought one myself. We have had a ball using it. It is the two burner 22" model and when not camping, it lives on our deck. We enjoy cooking many different things with it. You can find a gazzilion videos on YouTube. You will not be disappointed with one.

Yes, Yes and we use it every day. One side for potatoes, bacon, and hot cakes and the other for steaks. We buy US products paying a little more, but the quality is always excellent.. This is our Lodge Grill. https://www.amazon.com/Lodge-Pro-Grid-Griddle-Reversible-Easy-Grip/dp/B00008GKDQ/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2RYRPGDH89EK&keywords=cast+iron+griddle&qid=1640112480&sprefix=cast%2Caps%2C172&sr=8-4

The Natural Gas conversion kits are available online at Blackstone's website.

Thanks everyone. I think I have decided to get the 36” black stone griddle with a hood. Looking forward to using it for all kinds of things.
