Thank you UHHers! Last year I posted a shot of the single surviving blossom on a two year old Christmas Cactus. The poor plant had been neglected and kept in a poor location. I received a lot of good advice about caring for this plant. In early spring I repotted it and took it outside to live on the front porch. The change obviously agreed with the plant. This is the result a year later.

Unattractive pot draped in black so it didn't show.

Very nice, Carol. I wish I could sit on my porch and recover like that!

Thank you, Ken. Obviously the cactus has found it refreshing!

Lovely. My sisters and I received such plants that came from one my grandmother had. I keep it in a sunny window.

Excellent photos and a worthwhile rehab for the plant.

Since plants can't talk, they have to find a different way to communicate. Good thing you are a good listener!

Congratulations on bringing this plant back to life. It really shows the care and concern that it has been given and is now healthy and happy. May it have many, many more years of happy blooming!!
