Yes, I know that there are a few people who feel they have an axe to grind with B&H and that there are any number of retailers that deserve recognition. I have no axe and no first-hand knowledge of those dealers. What I do have is 8 or 9 years of excellent service from B&H. The couple of minor issues that have arisen in that time have been dealt with quickly and courteously. A friend and I met both Hershel and Henry and were given a tour of the entire Manhattan operation by Hershel. All the employees were friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Not the kind of thing most companies would take the time to do.
So, my Thanks to B&H and it's employees for being a pleasure to deal with over the years!

My experience with B&H has been through mail order, not in person. However, I have had excellent service. B&H has gone out of the way to provide excellent service and Herschel is always eager to lend a helping hand if needed.

It is great to deal with a company that you can trust and count on!

B&H is my first stop when looking for an item. I have never had an issue and have always been pleased with everything I've ordered. On a couple of occasions I needed advice and Herschel put me in touch with the person that could and did give me the best advice.
