With patience, they can be removed in post-production. I use PSE spot remover to also remove fence lines in my landscapes. Works!

What would life be without powerlines? I like my A/C and Heater and TV without powerlines their would not be any.

At many homes in <Central> Florida all the utilities are underground. Not so much in most areas of PA though.
Electric, phone, and cable are still on poles.
