Looking for a y adapter to create 2 female spigots on a light stand

It would like a y design where at the bottom is a female spigot and the top 2 male spigots in a Y formation maybe 45 degrees. Anyone know if this exists and where to get it.

Saw that gonna go with this but would really like a simple y adapter with one female and two male parts.
