Hey Cab...thanks for sharing these beautiful pics! The stream is nice in all three. I'm no expert, but a suggestion for what I like is more creativity than the stream running down the center of the frame. I like #3 best. The view of the wooden deck at the top provides some interest and contrast to the running stream. I do like the color and clarity. And, personally, I like the shutter speed you selected! Any more shots from Maggie Valley?
I like the composition of the photos, the top two seem a little blue to me and on the left side of the photo there is a brown rock that distracts from the photo, maybe a little photo editing would help this. I really like the bottom photo alot. When I shoot water falls, I change the shutter speed to get totally different results. It seems that you shoot these with a very slow shutter speed as the water looks like it is flowing.

cab,
Saw your images taken at Hidden Cove in Maggie Valley, NC.
The second image was screaming "Crop Me and Make Me Black and White"
What do you think?
Black and White
I like this crop and BW conversion.

I love Maggie Valley.... might have to take a trip over there again soon and see what hidden treasure I can find. I don't believe I've ever seen that spot. Thanks for posting the photos, reminds me of the little cabins we have stayed in on that small road next to the Fire Department. We've go so much beauty in this wonderful country of ours...
I am sooooo jealouse of you folks that are near running water.
I have to travel at least 80 miles to get near any reasonable amout of river.
I vote #2 though they are all just fab!
I think it's got a smidgen more contrast in it...
Awesome that you had the opportunity to be there to snap these, too!

Thanks for the cropping & black&white idea! I do think its another good way to present this pic. Sometimes I get a little too wrapped up in something & cant get outside the box!
Thanks Erbin
