Hi everyone. I am from the New England area and just like to shoot photos when I have a little spare time. Would definitely qualify for the "rookie" rank but still have fun doing it and to me thats what photography is all about. But hey if I can pick up a few pointers that help improve that then it will be that much more enjoyable.

hi i am raymond from the uk i have just got interrested in photography since a frend gave me a camera which is a konica minolta dimage z2 4.0mega pixels so is there someone who can tell me anything about this camera and what lens i should have thank you so much. raymond

Welcome to UHH, Nice eye, just keep having fun at it, and dont be afraid to play with some of the ideas found on this site and you will find everything will get better in time.

Hi Stryper56. Welcome to the hog. For a first posting, its a nice pic. i would tend to say get a little closer to the bird. But for a first posting good shot.
