As an X-Pilot, I saw this cross for the first time from the air. It is located about 12 NM west of Punxsutawney, Pa. near the town of Dora. I took this photo from a car in 2013. You can see the telephone poles for a good comparison of the over all size of the cross.
The farmer who created this, dose so each year and keeps up the mowing a few times throughout the summer.
It gets your attention very easily from the air. I am sure that many people have seen this in this manner.
It certainly takes a lot of his time, but his message has been seen by many...I'm sure.
I thought the thought was worth sharing. JMO!
