Many, many transactions, all items better than advertised. A single problem in dozens of transactions, a bad battery charger on a used camera, was handled immediately and without question. A replacement sent second day. Wonderful people to deal with, and by far my favorite supplier.

Sometimes you can find what you want from them posted on Ebay. When that happens, you can make an offer and get a slightly better price. If your offer is reasonable, they might take it. I'm batting about 500 on that!

They are the best! My Father shopped Robert's most of my life, and when in Indiana, so do I. And I also use Used Photo Pro, their used section. Great business!

And let me add, the staff is excellent. I bought something there, and then got into a conversation with one of the staff about wedding photography, which I don't do, nor do I want to. It's a bit of a very skilled mindset. Well, one of them does it as a side income, so I sent him the event info and he drove to the event. Did an excellent job. I was not expecting that kind of service, and he did it so very well.
