Had a small "Living History" demo about a mile from my house, so I got some images. Had a group of them do a charge at my camera after the formal demonstration.
That is my kind of war, great photos Captain.

Got to agree with Sarge, Cliff. They are all great shots, but #1 although not action is the real time setter.

I think so too. I think I run a texture over it to look like the old image has some cracks in it.
Nice series, Just the right amount of PP. Nicely done Sir..
Here is another one with a bit of a "old" look applied.

SUPER SERIES....I like them ALL. I will take this one first (good subject with the glasses and well-cropped) and then the first one. Great to see a series of shots...keeps one focussed!

#1 reminds me of Sam Elliot, who in the movie "Gettysburg" played Union Cavalry General Buford, whose stubborn defense gave enough time for Union infantry corps to start arriving and to save the fine defensive ground that was cemetary hill. The old photo treatment would look very nice on number 1. I assume by the last photo of the cavalry charge that this was a recreation of the famed Battle of Sample Hill? 8-)
ALL ARE NICE BUT I LOVE THE BLACK AND WHITE
