I shoot RAW in 10fps bursts. Here is one frame prior, exported to jpg without editing. On the original, you can see I cropped a bit, masked her, then darkened and softened the rest of the image. I then sharpened her a bit, brightened her by about 1/2 f stop and added contrast. I also used a linear gradient on the bottom left corner to de-emphasize the plant leaf. Lastly, I took advantage of the Effects section of LR to vignette around the edges and draw the eye directly to her.
