I have Nikon D4S and it has sit in the climate control cabinet for quite long time after I started to use D850 and D500. I am considering to sell it. The shutter count is 22333. It has been protected with rubber body skin. The original box and all accessories are included. The camera and accessories are all in excellent (really close to mint after the body skin is removed) condition. I just wonder how much should I ask for? Thanks for your suggestion in advance!
Go on line and check out mpb.com, B&H.com and Adorama.com to se if you can fined some comparable prices.

B&H has one (body only) rated 8+ (?) for $2400
The real question may be 'How much will people pay for that camera?' Looking up auctions on e-bay or craig's list will give you an idea of what people will pay for it, then you can decide if you still want to sell the camera.
Do you want the money and the camera off your hands? A 16MP pro-body discontinued in Dec-2016 is worth about $1300 - $1600 via a private sale. The low shutter count justifies the higher end of the range. Asking more will just have the camera sit unsold where potential customers can shop from sources with return options over a private sale.
Mine got $1800 4 weeks ago with low shutter count
Apologize for the count number. The camera has sit in the cabinet for quite long time. I just used the photo in my computer that I though is the last one for checking the count. I received a private message asking for a photo or two. I just took a photo and checked this new photo. The count is 28095. I sincerely apologize for this mistake.
Thanks!

The shutter is rated to 400,000. If you'd add a comma for clarity, like 28,095, we could confirm this is virtually unused.
A reputable dealer such as MPB, KEH, B&H will usually command a higher price than a private seller. The dealer has the advantage of offering their own warranty, and years of good reputation. Consider that when setting your price.
$10 - I'm sending a cheque today!
Have you sold your D4s ??
