In any other state (except maybe Texas) the state government would intervene in such stupidity. But our governor, no matter how much he insists that "students need to be in school" will let this slide because he loves the politics of it, no matter how ill-informed. I wonder of they teach about the flat earth at that school?

Interesting you should say that. Do you also believe the unvaccinated should not be subjected to differential treatment based on THEIR vaccination status? I for one am easy here. I say no one has a right to my medical information, period, unless I offer it to them. I also believe that anyone who deems it OK to discriminate over this medical procedure has to also OK someone that might choose to fire an employee for abortion, tubal ligation, vasectomy, breast enhancement, dental implants, or any other procedure, especially noting the reality that everyone who fears Covid more than the vaccine has vaccinated, and further noting that if they still fear Covid, THEY should stay home and leave the living to the rest of us.

On what legal authority? Or should the governor just declare himself king? It is a private school, I actually find the rule uneducated and somewhat offensive, but it is a private school, if parents don't like it they can pull their children out, there is always that public education option, hard to decide which would be worse, of course Florida ranks fairly high in national educational standings so there is that, the public option would not be as bad as it would be in many other states.

Actions like this, along with refusing to follow mask mandates and passing along COVID misinformation potentially results in increases in disease and increased transmission. No Mary Jane the stupidity lives within you, earlier in the thread I expressed my displeasure with this school, actually described it as stupid, however intervention by the governor as called for by liberals in this thread I believe to be illegal, of course that would never stop a progressive....
