Shot this on an outing with the Treasure Coast Photography club. Canon 60D, Canon 70-200 F4L with Canon close-up lens and on camera flash. Even when not in flight, these guys are challenging !
Maybe challenging---but you did an excellent job on this capture. Care to share camera data??

Thanks for the compliment , sure - F5.6 , EI 400, shutter 250, @200mm, flash fired . There is about a 30% crop on this. I have another foreign close up lens that will take me to 1:1 at 200mm with this lens. I am finding the 70-200 F4L makes a great macro lens !

Good sharp picture. When you mentioned flash are you referring to the one on the 60 or attached? I have the 5D which doesn't have the flash and never thought about adding the flash attachment out side. Thanks Bee
