In the last photo there is a late '40s or early '50s Chevrolet so has to be after WWII. But that's assuming the pictures were from the same snow storm. But if the photos were taken over a period of a dozen years or so then some could be before or during WWII. Cleveland probably gets snow like this every year and maybe several times a year. But you know what they say about "assume".
