Too bad they didn't have the "BIG" flag flying...

Thanks for sharing ABQMikee...
Epic imagery... I use to live in Baltimore (Charm City) when I worked for the Maryland Geological Survey.
The Inter Harbor was a major attribute and lovely place to spend time.
Miss the charismatic "Charm" of that International City...

btw, for those not aware...

The United States national anthem and the flag that inspired it are legacies of the War of 1812. British forces gathered to attack Baltimore in September 1814. After a 25-hour bombardment of Fort McHenry, they failed to penetrate Baltimore's defenses and withdrew.

On September 14, 1814, Francis Scott Key pens a poem which is later set to music and in 1931 becomes America's national anthem, β€œThe Star-Spangled Banner.” The poem, originally titled β€œThe Defence of Fort M'Henry,” was written after Key witnessed the Maryland fort being bombarded by the British during the War of 1812.

Say, can you see
By the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed
At the twilight's last gleaming?

Whose broad stripes and bright stars
Through the perilous fight
O'er the ramparts we watched,
Were so gallantly, yeah, streaming?

And the rockets' red glare
The bombs bursting in air
Gave proof through the night
That our flag was still there

O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave

While you were in Charm City should have gone to Conowingo Dam. Eagles everywhere. Check out YOUTUBE> By the way your photos were wonderful.
