Yeah ... lens cap errors are hard to fix :-(
Just wait. Someone will come up with an AI solution.

Or post the image as a "Black Cat In Coal Mine"
Or take a leaf out of the Kazimir Malivich book
like Robert Ryman did. Present the photo of
the back of the lens cap as "Black On Black".
A more or less white canvas of Rymans he called "Bridge"
sold for $20.6 million.

Or, save it as a black background for those who insist on SOOC composites.
I once took a jpg and RaW photo with the cap on just to compare the file sizes.

Were you able to bring out shadow detail in the Develop module... ?

I didn't try, I was only interested in file size comparison of a compressed no color JPG vs a no color rAw file.
With all the mystical qualities of RAW, I probably could have brought out the writing on the other side of the lens cap.
Unfortunately, the massive complexities of RAW can only be fully implemented if you're a "real" photographer, wearing the RAW T-Shirt.
I'm neither so I'm out of luck.

It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
